Business Solutions Manager @ Ultimate Staffing Customer Support & Service Scheduler Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Type: Direct Hire | Salary: $50,000-$60,000 About the Role We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with strong experience in service scheduling, dispatching technicians, and order processing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle 10-15 inbound calls daily and manage 50-70 email interactions related to service requests, parts orders, and scheduling. Dispatch field technicians, coordinate service repairs, and ensure timely delivery of parts. Perform order entry, maintain accurate records, and escalate priority issues when necessary. Provide world‑class customer support while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of phone‑based customer service experience (service scheduling or dispatching strongly preferred). Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or SAP ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to adapt quickly, shift gears, and work independently in a high‑volume environment.
