Responsible for daily invoicing, sales reporting, accounts receivable, and payment processing. Verify customer orders and shipments, process authorized credit card transactions, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with warehouse personnel and the Head Bookkeeper while ensuring payment security and confidentiality.

Accounting Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00am )

- Prepare, process, and reconcile daily customer invoices and sales reports, ensuring accurate and timely accounting records. - Manage accounts receivable, customer deposits, and credit card payments; verify online orders and shipments and resolve payment discrepancies. - Maintain organized electronic financial records, protect confidential customer information, and communicate unresolved issues to the Head Bookkeeper.

Accounting Associate Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Basic understanding of accounting and accounts receivable procedures. • Ability to identify and investigate financial discrepancies. • Strong computer and data-entry skills. • Ability to follow established procedures and instructions. • Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the Head Bookkeeper. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information.
