Concierge

Concierge As a Concierge, you will staff the Concierge Desk and serve as the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and tenants. You will provide exceptional customer service by assisting with directions, answering inquiries, and sharing information about the property, local amenities, dining options, retail locations, and nearby attractions. Key responsibilities include: Staff and manage the Concierge Desk during business hours. Welcome visitors, guests, and tenants in a professional and friendly manner. Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information. Assist visitors with directions both within the property and to external destinations. Provide information regarding building services, amenities, and facilities. Offer recommendations for local restaurants, retail locations, transportation options, and attractions. Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors. Maintain a professional front-of-house presence and support workplace operations as needed. Required qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED required. Basic computer skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. Excellent verbal communication abilities. Ability to interact confidently with guests, visitors, and tenants. Preferred candidate profile includes: Experience in concierge, hospitality, reception, guest services, or customer-facing roles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to provide a high level of customer care in a professional office environment. Comfortable managing multiple visitor inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
