Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Employment Attorneys in its Los Angeles office with at least 3 years of experience. We welcome all experienced attorneys to apply.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidates should provide advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including Wage & Hour Class and PAGA actions, employee relations, risk mitigation, ADA accommodations, employment agreements, reductions‑in‑force, and employment‑related policies.

Handle all aspects of litigation such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending court appearances.

Qualifications

Licensed and admitted to practice in California.

Minimum 3 years of Wage & Hour Class Action and PAGA experience.

Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.

Strong academic background, research skills, self‑starter, and team player.

Motions and discovery experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

• Associates (1‑6+ years): $100,000–$165,000.
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000.
• Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+.
• For this role: $150,000‑$275,000+ (depending on level of experience). Actual compensation is tailored to individual factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
