Spanish Linguist for AI Model Training

Help improve advanced Spanish-language AI by evaluating model outputs, curating linguistic data, and providing the expert feedback that strengthens how the technology understands and generates Spanish. Role Overview

This remote role supports a cutting-edge AI research project with a leading research lab. Your linguistic judgment will directly inform training and improvement of large language models across Spanish-language tasks.

• Assess the quality and accuracy of AI-generated Spanish for translation, summarization, dialogue, grammar correction, and other use cases.
• Edit, refine, and rewrite Spanish content to meet linguistic and cultural standards.
• Annotate Spanish text for grammatical, syntactic, and semantic features.
• Identify model errors and language gaps, then work with AI researchers to improve model performance.
• Provide detailed linguistic analysis and feedback to guide ongoing model training.

• Native or near-native Spanish fluency, with excellent command of grammar, syntax, and style.
• Professional experience in Spanish translation, editing, linguistic annotation, or NLP data work.
• Strong understanding of linguistic nuance, regional variation, and context-appropriate language use.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle errors or unnatural phrasing.
• Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with distributed remote teams.
• Interest in AI and large language model technologies is preferred, but not required.
