Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, utilize the DSM-5 to diagnose and evaluate patients’ mental health statuses.

• Develop, implement, and refine personalized treatment plans that address individual and family needs related to cancer diagnoses, incorporating cultural sensitivity and diversity.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions to continually assess patient progress and adapt treatment strategies to achieve optimal mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to care, fostering strong relationships to enhance patient support networks.

• Educate and mentor students, interns, and other clinical staff, promoting a learning culture within the organization.

• Engage in peer reviews and clinical audits to both support and enhance team development and service delivery quality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
