Key Responsibilities\n

• As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will evaluate and diagnose a diverse range of psychosocial issues that our hospice patients may encounter, developing tailored treatment plans to address their unique needs.

• You will utilize evidence-based modalities to conduct therapy sessions and provide compassionate support, ensuring that patients and their families feel understood and empowered during challenging times.

• Collaboration is key: you will work closely with medical staff and other professionals to integrate social work into comprehensive care plans, enhancing communication and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our social workers and offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and tenure.
