Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently Monitor multiple machines and processes simultaneously Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Record production and quality data within our electronic systems Perform routine operator maintenance (TPM) Deburr and rework parts when necessary Identify opportunities for process improvement Maintain a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles Follow all company safety and quality procedures What We’re Looking For Detail‑oriented and quality focused Dependable and self‑motivated Comfortable working with technology and precision equipment Team player who communicates effectively Interested in continuous improvement and learning new skills Preferred Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements Experience using precision measuring equipment Basic computer proficiency Basic shop math skills Strong problem‑solving abilities Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching Regular lifting up to 10 pounds Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds Education High School Diploma or GED required About Moeller Aerospace Moeller Aerospace is a leading manufacturer of precision aerospace components.
