Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Description: L&D RN0 NBO License pending ok. Must be able to complete AK RN license application within 48 hours of signing (including submitting FPs, app fee, license application submittal). Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer. Assignment Length - 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Shift: 3x12 Nights Shift - Most likely this will be a straight Night Shift position. If clinician is needed to cover both nights and days - schedule flips every 4 weeks. Years of Experience: 2 First Timers Accepted: Yes Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP Skills REQ: Per UD, Charge Experience Preferred or willing to train as charge Is on-call REQ: No Weekend REQ: Yes - every other Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: If needed may float to like units Open to accommodating block schedule?: No Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: Yes, but must have license in hand for Auto Offer RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks

• OB Triage/ Testing 5-10 7-14 LD/Antepartum High Risk LD unit. 10 OB Triage Room, 10 LDR Room, 3 OR suites, 4 PACU room. Average daily deliveries around 7 but often have up to 14 patients with inductions and high risk antepartum. OB Triage averages 4-5 third trimester testing patients as well as an influx of triage patients each day

Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler. Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment. Travelers are then required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility.

Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval Modules are completed pre-start, and annually Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
