Documentation Specialist II
Provide administrative support to multiple managers within the Contract Development department by submitting requests/entering key information into multiple applications and files, independently manage and maintain trackers, manage mail merge requests and adhoc projects/requests, organize shared drive.
Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools and Outlook, comfortable navigating within multiple computer applications, highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to work independently with little supervision in a time sensitive environment, accept direction and feedback from team members and follow through appropriately, team player.
3-5 years.
