Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, including individual and family dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, individuals, and families in a manner that fosters open communication and healing.
\n
• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication barriers.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and family situations.
\n
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment plans.

• Staying up-to-date with best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy, including attending training and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage with various patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide therapy that addresses family structures, blended families, and the specific challenges associated with matters such as divorce, job stress, and medical issues. Your expertise will be critical in facilitating family counseling sessions that promote healing and resolution among family members.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
