Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, developing a comprehensive understanding of their concerns and personal goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and more.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, navigating relationship dynamics, communication issues, and familial conflicts.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that are responsive to clients’ unique situations, setting measurable objectives and evidence-based interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing immediate mental health challenges, ensuring safety, support, and guidance.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with coping strategies and resources to support their journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, in strict adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Uphold ethical practices and legal requirements in counseling, ensuring informed consent and confidentiality at all times.
