In this position, you will also offer a variety of office and administrative support for operational and regional offices.You will...Greet visitorsAnswer the operator line and direct calls to the appropriate placeManage and distribute speed dial information for the phone/fax linesCoordinate voice mail set upCompile (in cooperation with Transportation) and distribute transportation provider listEnsure all call recordings are backed up and archivedCoordinate new hire information and employee benefits documentation for the HR contact person in the operation centerCoordinate office maintenance and cleaning (to include windows & carpets)by working with the landlord, cleaning service(s) and other services the operation may require, e.g., water dispenser, shredding service, plumber, electrician, security serviceHandle inbound/outbound mail including information packets and/or contracts for potential transportation providersPrepare expense reportsHandle ordering office suppliesMaintain supplies and inventorySchedule appointmentsHandle virtual correspondenceMay participate in additional projects or duties as assigned.We are excited to speak to some with the following...High School Graduate or GED0-2 years experienceMust be proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteSalary: $17 - $19/hrModivcare’s positions are posted and open for applications for a minimum of 5 days.
