Enterprise Account Executive, Comcast Business

Job Summary Responsible for the sale of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice based services to mid‑size and large businesses. Works as part of a team to drive sales using an array of prospecting activities and cultivation of relationships with institutions in designated territories. Designs and delivers live sales presentations to prospective clients, develops relationships with individual businesses and the community, and positions the Comcast brand as a key component of the sales strategy. Core Responsibilities Create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Solve for goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services. Develops sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations. Actively generate new leads with targeted businesses through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships. Actively promote and position the Comcast brand within territory. Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience. Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention; work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed expectations. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required. Attend out‑of‑office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, presenting, persuading and negotiating. Demonstrate knowledge of network design and related technologies including DSx, OC‑x, WDM, Ethernet, Internet technologies, VoIP, VPN, networking protocols and E‑rate contracting processes. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary. Key Skills and Knowledge Business sales experience. Knowledge of network technologies and prospecting. Compensation Base pay range: $79,085.98 – $131,134.02. Targeted commission: $65,000.00. Compensation includes potential upside above targeted earnings for over‑achievement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred; applicants with relevant coursework and experience may also be considered. 5–7 years’ relevant work experience with Comcast or similar.
