Kitchen Manager – Scratch Kitchen | Full-Service Restaurant & Bar
Salary: Starting at $62,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus

We're looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our high-volume kitchen in Orland Park, IL . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy developing talented teams, and take pride in delivering consistently outstanding food, we'd love to meet you.
You'll oversee all back-of-house operations, including food quality, kitchen staffing, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, food and labor cost controls, and sanitation. You'll partner with the Executive Chef to execute a scratch-made American menu while supporting banquet and catering operations. Success in this role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to inspire a team to perform at its best every day.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or senior BOH leadership experience
- High-volume, scratch kitchen experience required
- Catering or banquet experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, scheduling, food and labor cost controls
- Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen teams
- Passion for food quality, consistency, and operational excellence
