Responsibilities include personal care services, daily living skill development, meal preparation, food purchasing, medication administration under RN supervision, client transportation, and documentation compliance. Training Program MHA‑CBO accredited program offering CEUs toward mental health certifications, paid training, and clinical supervision. Work Schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Full‑time swing). What You’ll Need Experience in caregiving and/or mental health (personal or professional) – preferred. Dedication to residents’ well‑being and support with ADLs/IADLs. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand, walk, and perform crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings. Physical demands: frequent talking, listening, using hands, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use, squatting/kneeling, crisis de‑escalation and CPR training.
