Quick Facts: Location: Paducah, KY (1530 Lone Oak Road) Start Date: 10/01/2026 Duration: Ongoing coverage Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential night call shifts (3-6/month) Hours/week: Full-time Employment Type: Locum/Temporary Licenses/Certifications: Active KY medical license, Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology Experience: Minimum 2 years in Hematology/Oncology practice Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay: $19,500.00 per week (equivalent to a competitive hourly rate) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do: Provide expert Hematology and Oncology care to adult patients in a clinical setting Manage a typical patient load of approximately 22 patients daily, including new consults Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using EPIC EMR Participate in patient education and treatment planning Contribute to hospital rounding and outpatient care Support the hospital’s oncology and hematology services with your expertise during and after hours as needed What You Need: Licensed to practice medicine in Kentucky Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology 2+ years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage a diverse adult patient population About the Assignment: Join a leading healthcare provider in Paducah, KY, known for its supportive environment and dedication to quality patient care.
