Work Environment

This full-time role will be based onsite at our outpatient office in Tallahassee, Florida, offering a collaborative and dynamic work setting. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Caring Physique Therapy Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, devising individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to each patient's diagnosis and functional goals, ensuring effective rehabilitation.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions, both in our outpatient setting and potentially at patients' homes when necessary, adhering strictly to physicians' care plans.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through collaborative and evidence-based approaches.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service to foster a positive patient experience and contribute to the clinic's success.
• Consult, educate, and empower patients and their families, equipping them with the necessary tools for successful recovery and management of their conditions.
• Meet established utilization goals and participate in achieving overall business objectives of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including those dealing with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with various specialties and contribute to the rehabilitation of individuals at different stages of their recovery journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A valid Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A license to practice physical therapy in the State of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills.
• A commitment to building long-term relationships with patients and a desire to connect positively with individuals.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate experience in a variety of physical therapy specialties and who have a proven ability to establish rapport with patients effectively. Familiarity with modern assessment and treatment techniques, as well as knowledge of community resources for rehabilitation, will further enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package, which includes:
