Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic services to clients through individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in fostering an understanding and relatable therapeutic relationship that respects each individual's unique cultural and personal context.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an equivalent credential is essential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient setting, emphasizing one-on-one therapy and group facilitation, is required.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
