The Role We’re looking for a proven Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews of 3–5 electricians on commercial TI and ground-up projects. This is not a supervisory-in-name-only position — you’ll own your job end-to-end: quality, safety, schedule, and crew performance. What You’ll Be Doing Running commercial TI and ground-up projects end-to-end Leading crews of 3–5 electricians — planning daily work, sequencing tasks, keeping jobs moving Coordinating directly with GC superintendents and project managers Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Holding the standard for safety, quality, and workmanship on your job Mentoring apprentices and building a crew you’re proud of Communicating early when something’s off — no surprises What We’re Looking For 8+ years of commercial electrical experience You’ve run jobs — not just worked them Confident reading plans, laying out work, and planning manpower Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulationsYou plan ahead, hold the line, and communicate proactively Valid driver’s license and clean driving record — you’ll have a company truck Based in Phoenix metro What You Get Competitive pay + overtime + performance bonuses Take-home company truck Competitive pay + performance bonuses Weekly pay, direct deposit Work directly with ownership Real input on how things run Tools & software to do it right Consistent backlog — we keep our crew busy year-round One Thing Worth Knowing: We’re selective about who we hire.
