Corporate Associate

The New York office is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of experience in M&A transactions, preferably including private equity and other equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, licensing, and partnership issues. Knowledge of securities law, tech, and fund formation are a plus. NY Bar is required. Associate Life Associate life at Greenspoon Marder is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and rewarding.
