What You’ll Do: • Lead all culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution of food preparation and presentation • Develop seasonal, innovative menus aligned with Sunrise standards and resident preferences • Drive revenue through special events, holiday experiences and catering opportunities • Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor partnerships for quality and cost control • Recruit, train, schedule and coach culinary team members • Maintain strict food safety, sanitation and HACCP compliance • Monitor budgets, labor and operational expenses to meet financial targets • Engage with residents and families to gather feedback and personalize dining experiences • Ensure timely financial reporting, documentation and payroll review • Partner with leadership to support sales, marketing and community initiatives What We’re Looking For: • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years Executive Chef experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality • Current Food Safety & Sanitation Certification • Strong leadership, budgeting and operational management skills • Ability to manage high-volume service with precision and consistency • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and culinary management systems • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak service hours • Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for seniors Luxury Executive Chef – Deliver Premium Dining Experiences Executive Chef | Luxury Dining | Culinary LeadershipPay Range:89,128.00 - 123,032.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
