Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities focused on providing personalized psychotherapy services. Key duties include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate patients' needs, histories, and underlying issues, followed by developing individualized treatment plans that comply with best practices.

• Utilizing proven therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address a spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to improve the overall efficacy of patient care.

• Engaging in case consultations and peer review sessions to share insights, enhance treatment protocols, and continually improve services offered.

• Providing education to patients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to foster support and recovery.

• Staying informed about the latest research and trends in social work and mental health to integrate evidence-based approaches into daily practice.

• Managing a caseload of patients efficiently and ensuring that treatment objectives are achieved in a timely manner, adhering to ethics per the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
