Associate Broker - Commercial Real Estate

Role Responsibilities Partner with Senior and Vice President level brokers to help drive deals to the finish line Work on executing a personalized business plan in the commercial real estate industry Research SIG's active inventory and contact/pitch properties to potential buyers. Get hands on experience working the full CRE sales cycle Use proprietary and industry systems and resources to find and validate property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads and projects. Update and maintain company CRM/shared database. Actively participate in all team huddles, office level meetings and weekly pipeline reviews. Participate in our 12 week training program and any off-site training retreats. Qualifications You are motivated by 100% commission. You have prior prospecting and cold outreach experience or the desire to learn. You are passionate about Commercial Real Estate and/or Investment Sales. You currently hold a Real Estate license or you have the ability to obtain one. Junior Advisors will gain the foundational skills necessary to become successful Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Advisor. The Junior Advisor role is heavily focused on developing skills in cold calling, marketing, and underwriting in addition to CRM/database maintenance and active participation in team role plays, meetings, and training.
