HR Assistant Personnel Processing

Contingent Upon Award Position Overview Provides administrative HR support for personnel processing and employee services, ensuring accurate and timely execution of personnel actions. This role supports a nationwide workforce by maintaining records, processing transactions, and resolving employee inquiries. Scope of Work Oversight Personnel processing and employee records management Payroll, benefits, and HR transaction support Employee services and inquiry resolution HR systems management (eOPF, NFC, SAP, etc.) Key Responsibilities Process personnel actions and maintain employee records Support payroll, benefits, and HR transactions Respond to employee inquiries Maintain HR systems and documentation Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent) 3+ years of HR or administrative support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Work Environment Primarily on-site, with presence required to meet mission and operational needs Telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis depending on business requirements High-volume, fast-paced environment supporting critical federal hiring operations and national security missions Benefits At Crossroads, we invest in our people by offering a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, financial future, and overall well-being.
