Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package Salary Range : $60,000 - $75,000 (flexible based on experience) Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a book of business. Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business. Handle all aspects of personal lines accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations to ensure seamless operations. Solicit and secure new business opportunities to grow the book of business. Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license highly preferred; must be willing to obtain if not currently licensed. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager (open to candidates with captive experience). Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred. Account Knowledge : Familiarity with standard personal lines accounts, with sizes ranging up to $10,000 (average $4,000). Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
