Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health challenges, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to client needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals that align with their aspirations, continuously monitoring their progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to the treatment plan.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility issues.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to refine clinical skills, enhance treatment techniques, and stay abreast of current best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
