Global Transition Lead – Enterprise Portfolio Solutions This position supports Leasing Advisory services as part of JLL's Enterprise Portfolio Solutions platform. The role focuses on executing new business transitions, account expansions, stabilization, optimization, and transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Lead point of accountability for Portfolio Solutions transitions. Act as primary engagement layer with client leadership and early onboarded account leadership. Oversee the transition plan to ensure alignment with client expectations. Coordinate and collaborate with workstream leads (HR, Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management, Leasing Advisory, Commercial, Business Technology) to ensure accountability. Define and align transition scope relative to contractual documents, escalating scope differences or change requests. Monitor progress toward implementation date and elevate to stay on schedule. Ensure effective handover from transition to account team. Ensure accountability for agreed key transition, stabilization, and optimization protocols. Clarify and communicate onboarding objectives, client expectations, deliverables, and success criteria. Communicate proactively to all key stakeholders throughout the transition. Identify risks and develop mitigation solutions with appropriate resources. Lead transition meetings and facilitate progress, issue, and risk identification. Effectively monitor and manage the transition budget. Lead stabilization and optimization process after transition. Create stabilization and optimization plans for post‑transition contractual obligations. Lead completion of optimization plan with on‑account team and workstreams. Provide transition support for sales pursuits and content creation for written responses. Attend presentations, yellow pad sessions for pursuits, and sales pipeline calls. Lead process improvement initiatives for the client onboarding process. Build long‑term partnerships with Division Presidents, Managing Directors, Account Directors, and Leasing Advisory leaders. Facilitate change management activities with cross‑functional team members and stakeholders. Key Performance Measures Clarify transition scope and maintain alignment with schedule and budget. Deliver transition schedule within planned time. Control transition budget to remain within agreed limits. Achieve high customer satisfaction scores and continuous improvement. Perseverance, resilience, adaptability, and holistic approach. Required Qualifications Account Director or senior leader experience with large accounts, onboarding, renewal, or expansion. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field. 10‑15 years of continuous improvement and/or business partnering experience. Strong program management and problem‑solving skills; strategic and tactical focus. Organizational, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven with continuous improvement orientation. Analytical problem‑solving ability. Comfort interacting across all levels and presenting confidently. Ability to gather and interpret functional requirements. Experience working with service line subject matter experts, including Leasing Advisory and Transaction Management. Relationship building and influence skills. Self‑directed work habits and time management for multiple projects. Conflict and issue resolution skills. Ability to travel 20‑30% of time. Preferred Qualifications Transaction Management or brokerage experience. Experience collaborating with Leasing Advisory teams and understanding leasing transaction workflows. Account or TM leadership experience. Change management certification (Prosci or LaMarsh). Compensation Estimated compensation: $225,000.00 – $275,000.00 USD per year.
