Contracts Paralegal

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support a busy in-house legal team, the full-time Contracts Paralegal will manage the commercial contracts process, including drafting, reviewing, and administering a high volume of agreements in a hybrid role based in the Minneapolis area. Key responsibilities Oversee the drafting, review, and management of commercial contracts throughout the contract lifecycle Collaborate with attorneys and business stakeholders to improve the contract lifecycle management (CLM) process Ensure an efficient and organized contracting process while managing multiple priorities and deadlines Required qualifications 5-10 years of experience in a contracts support role such as contracts paralegal or contract administrator Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems/tools; experience with HighQ is a plus Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Paralegal education or certification, or equivalent legal training; junior attorneys with relevant experience are encouraged to apply Experience supporting legal operations or contract administration functions is preferred
