Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial client sessions to accurately identify needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities tailored to client preferences.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and personal growth.

• Lead psychoeducational support groups that address common mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among participants.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Florida.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment practices.
