Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient facility, where the ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients to determine their specific rehabilitation needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to treat patients, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results and maintain patient engagement in their recovery process.
• Actively participate in ongoing education and clinical teaching, providing mentorship for interns, residents, and lower-level staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients post-injury or surgery.
• Engage in professional development activities and contribute to clinical research initiatives that enhance treatment methodologies or patient care practices within the organization.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment plans, exercises, and the importance of follow-up to improve their understanding and compliance.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
