The right person in this seat shapes how our entire company feels to the outside world. This role starts part-time (averaging 25–30 hours per week) and transitions to full-time within 6 months for the right person. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Answer incoming calls and guide customers with warmth and confidence - Greet walk-in customers and set the tone for their experience with our company - Schedule and coordinate jobs between customers and field technicians - Enter customer orders, measurements, and payments into our CRM system - Check in glass orders, inventory, and materials as they arrive - Collect deposits and maintain accurate customer records - Confirm and schedule installations and service appointments - Keep the office running smoothly so our technicians stay efficient in the field OUR CORE VALUES.
