Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide care in a Medical Surgical unit specializing in acute cardiac care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing diverse patient needs and working within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an acute cardiac medical surgical setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license with valid credentials.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Medical Surgical or Cardiac unit.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification required.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including every other weekend.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
