Roles & Responsibilities Provide patient care in the medical/surgical unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care.

Compliance / Notes No requests for time off (RTO) allowed. Ensure all demographic information is correctly entered into the profile, including a badge-appropriate picture.
