Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in office settings and community engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring both immediate and long-term support.

• Participate actively as a team member, collaborating with other clinicians, support staff, and external partners to refine care delivery and achieve shared objectives.

• Monitor client engagement throughout their treatment journey, including admissions, continued stays, and discharge processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide comprehensive mental health services to clients at our Detox Center. You will work with a diverse population experiencing both acute and chronic mental health issues. Our clients often come from disadvantaged backgrounds and may face various socio-economic challenges; your support will be essential in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a current and valid LCSW license.

• Expert knowledge in assessment techniques, diagnosis, and treatment modalities relevant to mental health, with a strong foundation in crisis management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
