Role Description Cellino Law is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented New York Personal Injury Paralegal with plaintiff litigation experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including document preparation, case management, and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal team. Responsibilities Manage and maintain physical and electronic files Process Automobile claims – including filing No‑Fault applications, processing lost wages claims, submitting disability notes Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing correspondence Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties Assist attorneys with case preparation Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other agencies such as NYSCEF Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and court appearances Other duties as assigned by attorneys Qualifications Previous experience in New York plaintiff personal injury field required Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures Ability to prioritize and multitask Customer service minded Deadline and detail-oriented Benefits Medical & Life Insurance Dental and Vision insurance available Short- and Long-Term disability available 401 (k) with employer contribution Paid holidays, PTO, and vacation time #J-18808-Ljbffr Cellino Law
