Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a dynamic accounting team in a H ybrid work environment , offering a balanced schedule of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing financial records, working with multiple accounts, and supporting smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple accounts
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
• Support payroll processing and sales tax filing requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

• Previous experience in public accounting is required
• Strong bookkeeping knowledge with experience handling multiple accounts
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks , is preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
