Location: St Andrews at Francis Place Skilled Nursing Facility, Eureka, MO


Responsibilities:


- Prepare and cook appetizing, well-balanced meals for residents with varying dietary needs.


- Collaborate with the dietary team to plan menus and ensure nutritional requirements are met.


- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.


- Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.


- Adapt recipes to accommodate special dietary restrictions and preferences.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.


- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to adapt recipes accordingly.


- Understanding of safety and sanitation practices in a kitchen environment.


- Strong communication and teamwork skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.
