Remote Systems Administrator

To support a growing healthcare organization, the contract Remote Systems Administrator will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support while managing and improving a Microsoft-focused environment, working remotely during EST hours for a duration of 3-6 months with potential for conversion. Key responsibilities Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for hardware, software, account access, and infrastructure issues Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune Troubleshoot networking issues involving DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and wireless connectivity Required qualifications 5+ years of IT support, Desktop Support, Systems Administration, or similar experience Strong experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Experience supporting Windows environments Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN) Ability to work independently in a remote environment
