Education Program Specialist

To support program evaluation and advanced analytics, the full-time Program Evaluation Specialist will lead the design and implementation of evaluations, utilizing quantitative and qualitative methodologies to generate actionable insights for health and civilian programs. Key responsibilities Lead the design and execution of program evaluations using mixed-methods research and evidence-based frameworks Apply advanced statistical methods to develop consistent scoring methodologies and perform quantitative analyses using programming languages such as R and Python Develop logic models, outcome measurement frameworks, and key performance indicators aligned with organizational objectives and reporting requirements Required qualifications Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field 5-8+ years of experience in applied quantitative research, program evaluation, or data science in a public health or federal context Experience designing evaluation methodologies, logic models, and mixed-method research studies Proficiency in SQL for data querying and integration, as well as in Python, R, or Stata for statistical analysis Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
