Business Development Coordinator

Job Summary We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our growing Kelly Honda team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings. Benefits Competitive Pay Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical and Dental on Day 1 of Employment 401K after 90 days Paid Time Off Sick Time Vacation Time Paid Training Career Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follow‑up with sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no‑show Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management Utilize CRM tracking system daily Qualifications At least one previous role based in customer service experience Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve Prompt and courteous demeanor Positive and hardworking personality Strong computer skills Valid driver’s license About Us The Kelly Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group that was founded in 1965.
