Circadia Flooring is a commercial flooring contractor dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality service and installation of all types of commercial floor-covering. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Manager to join our commercial flooring team. This position is responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, coordinating pricing, preparing proposals and working directly with end users and general contractors. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction and/or flooring, understands construction documents, communicates professionally with clients and vendors, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.Responsibilities Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documentsPrepare accurate project estimates and proposalsCoordinate pricing with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teamsCommunicate with general contractors regarding scope, clarifications, and bid requirementsAttend pre-bid meetings and job-site walkthroughs as neededScope review, exclusions, and value engineering opportunitiesMaintain organized project files and documentationCollaborate with operations to ensure profitable project executionExperience/QualificationsExperience in commercial flooring, construction estimating, or related industryAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookExperience with estimating or construction management software Knowledge of commercial flooring productsCompensationBase salary + commission/bonus based on gross profitCircadia Core ValuesWe act with HUMILITY.
