On-Site Print Operations Specialist
$24 - $25 per hourWe are seeking a reliable, customer-focused On-Site Print & Operations Specialist to join our team in Cooperstown, NY. In this role, you will handle daily copy and print production, manage a special Forms Modernization project, and deliver top-tier support to our clients. Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; 0–1 years of related experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (including spreadsheets and digital file review).
- Work Style: Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent customer service skills and verbal/written communication.
- Clearance & Overtime: Must complete required client security clearances and be open to working overtime as needed. salary: $24 - $25 per hour
- Forms Modernization: Audit outdated forms, log form metadata into spreadsheets, and remove obsolete documents.
- Print & Production: File review for print readiness, high-volume printing, punching, binding, assembling, laminating, and quality control.
- Logistics & Tracking: Log, track, and deliver completed print requests; record customer inquiries for reporting.
- Maintenance & Operations: Perform daily convenience care and basic maintenance on print center equipment.
- Client & Team Communication: Respond promptly to client requests via email, text, phone, or in person; assist in creating the Site Procedure Guide.
