Enjoy a competitive pay rate of $20.00/hour, plus a $2.00/hour shift premium, while working in a supportive and innovative environment.Position SummaryThis role involves operating CNC lathe machines using state-of-the-art Mazak equipment and Mazatrol controls. You will play a key role in producing high-quality precision components in a fast-paced production setting.ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC lathe machines safely and efficiently.Work with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls.Load and unload materials and finished parts.Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.Inspect parts using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.Maintain production and quality standards throughout the shift.Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.QualificationsPrevious CNC machining experience required.Experience operating CNC lathes preferred.Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls strongly preferred.Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently on an overnight shift.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Join us and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP services.
