Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Augusta, GA Shift: Mon - Fri Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with infants, children, and adolescents in a supportive pediatric setting. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help improve developmental, sensory, motor, and daily living skills while collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapy focused on fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care skills, coordination, and developmental milestones
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, speech therapists, physical therapists, teachers, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy license
• NBCOT certification preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are considered
• Knowledge of sensory integration techniques and developmental disorders preferred
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorders, developmental delays, or neurological conditions preferred
