Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Position Overview Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Southfield, Michigan. This ongoing staff position is 40 hours per week with 8‑hour shifts. The role supports patients in Royal Oak and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Provide management and delivery of patient care plans. Collaborate with the hospice care team to ensure high‑quality patient care. Maintain timely and accurate charting to meet critical deadlines. Self‑manage time and schedule to meet patient needs. Qualifications RN license in the state in which you work. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day traveling to patient locations. Proficiency in using tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
