Brand Manager

Our Brand Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day management of the Vitafusion brand, the development and commercialization of new products, P&L management, monthly sales forecasting, innovation project management, packaging and pricing strategy. This role blends brand strategy, operations, analytics, product commercialization, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth and profitability. Roles & Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Help drive strategic brand planning; managing the execution of the marketing plan to ensure efficient and effective use of the budget Create strategy for new launches and work directly with COGS to inform pricing Management of Vitafusion product launches, from ideation to commercialization, including new item setup in internal systems and retailer portals, packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Brief marketing, eComm, web and digital teams on new item launches, ensure copy and creative assets are developed per brand guidelines and ready in time for launches Lead cross-functional coordination across COGS, procurement, regulatory, operations, inventory planning, and sales teams Driving growth and profitability of the Vitafusion brand Developing and enforcing brand guidelines across all facets of marketing Competitive brand, trend and sales analysis using POS and Nielsen Data Review and ensure the profitability of promotional activity Monthly sales forecasting and inventory analysis and planning to ensure proper in-stock levels Lead the development of new items from artwork kick off and Managing vendor relationships May oversees advertising, events and public relationships Managing the end-to-end process of Vitafusion marketing, distribution and promotional programs To qualify for this position, your background must include: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years in product/brand marketing; experience in the CPG industry a plus Ability to understand how to identify/interpret trends Analytic & strategic thinking along with financial planning experience and creative thinking Proven experience in planning, delivering, and measuring direct marketing campaigns Advanced Excel and power point skills is a must We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!
