Job Description

• Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards and building codes at all times.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Manage material orders and deliveries to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to minimize delays and disruptions.
