Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Vitalics, you will work onsite in our well-equipped rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to the needs of patients referred by physicians, ensuring comprehensive assessments and considerations for each patient's unique circumstances.
• Deliver high-quality care to diverse patient populations with a focus on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases, requiring an adaptable approach to treatment methodologies.
• Maintain a strong commitment to customer service excellence, fostering genuine interactions with patients to enhance their treatment experience and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes by applying evidence-based practices and engaging in regular case discussions for shared learning.
• Provide skilled therapeutic services that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education, whether in our facility or in the patient's home as needed.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on exercises, equipment usage, and rehabilitation techniques to empower them in their recovery efforts.
• Meet established utilization goals and business metrics while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatrics needing developmental support, patients with neurological conditions, and athletes seeking rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient communication skills to effectively convey information to patients and families.
• Strong word processing and computer skills necessary for documenting patient care and progress.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, ensuring an encouraging atmosphere that motivates them to meet and exceed their functional objectives.
• A genuine desire to positively connect with patients and community members alike.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly with a focus on rehabilitation, sports medicine, or pediatrics.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and outcome-based assessments.
• Experience working in team-oriented environments emphasizing collaboration and support.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field. In addition to a base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
