Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments, establishing individualized treatment protocols based on physician referrals and patient needs.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans utilizing the latest evidence-based practices, including hands-on therapies and therapeutic exercises.
• Involve patients in their rehabilitation journey, educating them on their conditions and encouraging active participation in their recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address complex patient cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes through a comprehensive care approach.
• Foster an environment of exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and inquiries to improve satisfaction rates.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological disorders, and sports-related issues. As a physical therapist at Vitalics, you will have the opportunity to work with various specialties, treating conditions that range from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. You will play a critical role in guiding patients of all ages towards their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure in physical therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey treatment plans and build rapport with patients.
• Proficiency in computer applications for documentation and appropriate communication with healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, we prefer candidates who have experience in outpatient settings and possess a foundational understanding of a variety of physical therapy techniques. Prior experience working with diverse patient populations, especially orthopedic and sports medicine cases, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
